A Business-Software Startup That?s Rich and Cool
Proving that venture capitalists aren't all focused on backing the next social, mobile, consumer darling that gets bought by Facebook for a boatload, customer support software company Zendesk raised $60 million from Redpoint Ventures, Index Ventures, GGV Capital, Goldman Sachs, Silicon Valley Bank, and existing investors. That's right, it's an enterprise software company.
